Episode 6 - We All Got GoT

Published on: 4th March, 2021

Steve’s Patagonia underwear finally arrives! Shout out UK for the love, but where the heck is Cyprus?! Lady Gaga’s dog Walker is gonna make it! Ben would’ve been way more composed if he got shot. Like a wave/ducks on a pond/iceberg... something like that. Tom and Jerry didn’t disappoint and rotten tomatoes almost agrees. Steve’s tomatometer sense is tingling! We find out the single origin of his abilities are from Colombian coffee and the Infinity Beans. Ben does have an appetite for zombie content after all. Ant is still waiting for the release of the Zombieland sequel (it came out October 18th, 2019) shhhhh... 8 to 28 days later the Shaun of the Dead writer gets a big gig we can’t remember. New Superman movie from JJ Abrams announced. Christopher Reeve is Steve’s Superman! Golden Globes: A Recap - Ted Lasso, Queen’s Gambit, Borat, shouts to Don Cheadle, and cheers, David Fincher! Rick Moranis had less to work with in Little Giants and is arguably a better coach than Gordon Bombay. Anthony watches 5 episodes of The Sinner and doesn’t realize Bill Pullman has been gracing his screen for the last five plus hours. Steve says “program” instead of tv show. Pixels was a fun movie, but nobody else thinks so. Single Parents show left us too soon. Steve returns Punch Drunk Love and demands refund at Blockbuster despite everyone loving it. The guys riff on Spider-Man plots for the fake titles the stars teased on Instagram. Ant puts his movie trailer voice to work. Shouts to Dennis for making my MBP brolic! Weekly WandaVision recap! The Red Witch drives a red 2017 Buick Verano. Buick, the official unofficial car company of the MCU. Ben talks about the trials and tribulations of fan theories and the ending of Game of Thrones. Steve bashes George R.R. Martin. All due respect no disrespect. Benioff and Weiss had too much going on potentially during final episodes and phoned it in. Shouts Arya for jumpman killing the Night King and shout Aya for the cupcakes!

N-E-G-A-N comic spinoff! Steve looks like the viper and would accompany orphan children through the galaxy to safety if need be, cause he’s a good guy. Ben takes a stroll down the cereal... aisle and the guys talk about their favorites growing up. From decadent dessert types to healthy options that don’t taste like grape nuts. We cover them all! And what the hell are Smacks?! Safe to say the end of this weeks episode is sugar coated... I’ll see myself out. Byyeeeeeee!

About the Podcast

Unofficial Intelligence
Internet news, pop-culture, and the quest to find the nuggets of truth you didn't know you needed.
Welcome to Unofficial Intelligence!

My name is Steve and each week my friends Ben and Anthony come by so that I can justify having more than one couch in my living room. We talk about the things that matter most in life, like who just got cast for a show based on a video game or why it’s better to order unsalted fries from McDonald's. Point is we hope all the random things we’ve learned through bizarre personal experiences or late night YouTube worm holes can help you in some way. Who knows maybe it’ll even give you something to talk about at parties whenever that’s a thing you can do again. We hope you enjoy our ramblings while you’re doing whatever it is that you’re doing. Honk twice if you’re in traffic! Let us hype you up while you bust out that last super set! You got it! Push! Believe!!!

Steve is one third of the bizarre comedy minds behind Unofficial Intelligence. He spent the last decade of his life living in sunny Los Angeles and is back to enduring actual weather again in New York. When he's not nerding out over fan theories about grown men and women in tights and capes, he's enjoying a nice single origin coffee. Once upon a time a gigging drummer with his SoCal reggae band and now a podcaster. Next thing you know he may try stand-up comedy and really make his parents proud.

Ben Armato

Greatest accomplishments include: Platinum Trophies on Skyrim and Kingdom Hearts III, ruining a good 10 years of his life with student loan repayments, and being a go-to for fast food knowledge.

Loves spicy food and will make you try it by saying “it’s not that bad” just to get your reaction.

Avid New York Mets and Liverpool FC fan.
